Privacy policy

Controller

The data controller is Serlet Servicios Auxiliares, S.L. You can contact us at our contact email.

This policy applies to data collected through this website, contact forms, valuation requests and communications started by the user.

Data we may process

We may process identification and contact data, property information, management preferences, form messages, technical browsing data and information voluntarily provided by the user.

We do not request special categories of data. If unnecessary sensitive data is provided, it may be deleted or ignored.

When you arrive at this website from an ad, we record your IP address and technical data about your browser (device type, language, time zone and time spent on the page) to prevent advertising fraud. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our advertising spend, and the IP address is deleted after 90 days.

Purposes

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare valuations, manage requests, provide contracted services, maintain operational communications, improve the website and comply with legal obligations.

We may send service-related communications when allowed by consent, a prior relationship or legitimate interest.

Legal basis

The legal basis may be consent, pre-contractual measures, contract performance, legal obligation or Linetor’s legitimate interest in handling requests and protecting its services.

Consent may be withdrawn when processing depends on it.

Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the time required for each purpose and then for applicable legal, tax or contractual limitation periods.

Data may be shared with providers needed for service delivery, such as hosting, CRM, communication tools, advisors, technical maintenance or booking-related platforms.

Website chat

If you write to us through the website chat, we keep the conversation (your messages and any photos, voice messages, videos or documents you send) and the details you give us, such as your name, phone number or email, so we can help you. You may be answered by a member of our team or by an automated assistant; if you ask, it will tell you which one.

By writing to us you also agree that we can see the pages of this website you visit and how you got here (for example, which ad or campaign), so we can understand what you need and measure our advertising. Before you write, that information stays only in your browser and does not reach us.

So that the conversation stays the same when you come back, the chat stores an identifier in your browser. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and if you want us to delete the conversation, write to our contact email.

Your rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and rights related to automated decisions by writing to our contact email.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that processing does not comply with applicable rules.
